Periwinkle Ladies Travel Club LLC
We are a private, membership only, pay-per-rideshare club that is a sisterhood of safety for our members. We are accepting membership applications that will be subject to review from the Periwinkle LTC membership committee. We are starting early to make sure we have enough drivers to accommodate the membership. Depending on the numbers of members to drivers there is a possibility to be wait listed. Membership fee is due upon submission of application but if you are not granted entrance your fee is returned. If you are waitlisted you can opt for your fee to be returned to you until you have acceptance.
This community is growing and being shaped by our membership so we will continue to adapt and change to accommodate our growth.
Starting service area is a 15 miles circumference around downtown Pittsburgh PA
and we will adjust as necessary.
Rider Rules
**Rules for Riders:**
1. **Golden Rule**
Members must be present for each ride they take with Periwinkle LTC.
2.**Respectful Conduct:**
- Treat drivers and fellow riders with respect and courtesy.
- No discriminatory or offensive language or behavior is allowed.
3. **Punctuality:**
- Be ready for your ride at the scheduled time to ensure a smooth experience for both you and the driver.
4. **Safety First:**
- Always wear your seatbelt during the ride.
- Refrain from distracting the driver while they are operating the vehicle.
5. **Cleanliness:**
- Keep the vehicle clean and free from any litter or damage.
- Report any issues or concerns about the vehicle's cleanliness promptly.
6. **Communication:**
- Provide accurate and clear instructions for pick-up and drop-off locations.
- Notify the driver in advance of any changes or delays.
7. **Prohibited Items:**
- Do not bring illegal substances or weapons into the vehicle.
8. **Feedback:**
- Provide constructive feedback through the rider side of the app to help maintain a high level of service.
9. **Accountability:**
- Report any issues or concerns to Periwinkle LTC admin promptly.
Violations of these rules will be assessed as they are brought to the attention of the Administrators and consequences will be enforced if deemed necessary.
Driver Rules
**Rules for Drivers:**

- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Ensure the vehicle is in good working condition and complies with safety standards.
3. **Cleanliness:**
- Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained.
- Report any issues or concerns about the vehicle's condition promptly.
4. **Communication:**
- Clearly communicate with riders of any unexpected delays through the app..
5. **Zero Tolerance for Harassment:**
- Do not engage in or accept any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior.
- Report any incidents to Periwinkle LTC through the app immediately.
6. **Privacy and Confidentiality:**
- Respect the privacy of riders and refrain from disclosing personal information.
7. **Prohibited Items:**
- Do not allow illegal substances or weapons in the vehicle.
8. **Accountability:**
- Report any incidents or concerns to Periwinkle LTC admin promptly.
- Participate in any required training or updates.
Violations of these rules will be assessed as they are brought to the attention of the Administrators and consequences will be enforced if deemed necessary.
